Wonderful Property and Great Staff

Wonderful property and service! The grounds are just beautifully landscaped and inviting. The pool was nice and warm and clean for swimming, and not overcrowded. The room and bathroom were spotless and the bed comfortable. Staff were very helpful across the board. The property is in a quiet area, about a 10 minute walk to the beach and only about 5 minutes to a host of restaurants and cafes. The big surfing beach is on the other side of town, about a 10 minute taxi or Didi ride. We would definitely stay here again.

Vacation in Puerto Escondido

Exceptional hotel in a beautiful setting, the staff is at your disposal to make your stay go as well as possible.very good cocktails to enjoy by the pool.choice of important restaurants less than 5 minutes walk.marvellous beach 5 minutes also.

Tranquility in the stunning gardens around the pool! An amazing place for a very peaceful vacation. Minutes away to a wide variety of restaurants & cafes; not far from many glorious beaches.
The owner and staff are very dedicated & attentive.
Stay a few days, a week, or months. The ideal spot!

Highly recommended beautiful, chic and comfortable hotel.

We loved our stay at suites La Hacienda. It is a small hotel with a beautiful garden that has been lovingly put together. When we were there, the week before Christmas, it was lovely and quiet. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, swimming and lazing in the sunshine in the hammock. The staff and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast there twice and it was better than anywhere else we went.
The hotel is well located. It’s a shortish walk to a nice beach and a busy area with shops and restaurants. We got around on foot and by taxis and it was very easy and inexpensive. Puerto Escondido is very spread out along various beaches.
The hotel recommended a very good company for whale watching and we found an excellent tour for bird watching with Lalo Eco tours. We would certainly stay there again if we ever go back to Puerto Escondido.
Just a couple of minutes walk there is a yoga studios (I didn’t manage to get there) and also a salsa school where I joined a class on two evenings and they were very welcoming and great fun.

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception was friendly and booked some tours with competing prices for us, the pool area was nice and the room was amazing. Had a small kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, coffee and free supply of drinkable water. The area is quiet, but close to the main restaurant strip of the neighborhood. Think hippie surfer vibes mixed with oaxacan family restaurants with live music.
