Overall: A great value for the price you pay.
Pros:
- One of the more affordable hotel options in CDMX.
- Excellent location, just a 15-minute walk to the Palacio de Bellas Artes, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
- Clean facilities with reliable room service and consistently friendly staff.
- Complimentary bottled water provided daily.
Cons:
- The surrounding area doesn’t feel very safe, with a noticeable presence of homeless individuals.
- Breakfast was disappointing; but limited and very basic selection.
- Shower towels appeared old and heavily worn.

Paid for a something but they tried to sell me something else, i was travelling with my wife book a superior suite with king bed, they told me that they no longe have that and they gave me a 2 beds and it was so hot their was an AC but it wasn't working. Even the location when u click on their location on the page it drives me.somewhere else where we almost got rip off but a guy in a free parking lot who told us that he was expecting us and he got our coupon and was telling us to open the truck worst experience ever

Very good service and very friendly staff always ready to accommodate our needs , price very , very good , close to any good place to visit, my family was very pleased w my choice.

Stayed at the Hotel MX Garibaldi for a few days on a vacation trip and we loved the location right on the Garibaldi plaza. I highly recommend!!

Very very nosey Music being played early evening to early morning or you dogs barking and all sorts of fans going on and on
Do Not Book Here -no one cares here even Expedia No Refund No Credit for my health I checked out Spanish countries hard to get your money back Terrible Staff relationship No Care At All
Terrible breakfast same thing ever day No toast just bread or Melba toast if you are not early they ran out of food too bad fir you Most staff come and get plates full of scrambled eggs and just eating with their fingers Disgusting I travel a lot this was the worst I have experienced in Mexico
