Excellent atention.
However the food on the restaurant was bad and expensive

Place of risk of sexual assault, psychological damage and cover-up of the Hotel.
Unfortunately, my wife suffered an extremely traumatic event, in which she lived and experienced the high risk of sexual assault by a worker, entering without her consent and being alone in the “presidential” room, when she was changing her dress. I, faced with phone and WiFi communication failures, went out looking for food attention. Moment you can take advantage to enter without my presence.
Clearly, an invasion of your privacy and personal integrity.
A waitress noticed the incident, and at my wife’s request, came to protect her. She said she did not know the employee who entered the room without asking permission. Which obviously left more impact on my wife's emotions.
Unfortunately, this event completely affected not only the stay, but my wife's perception of safety.
This was done to the knowledge of the managers, and by their silence and omission, they showed that they are able not only to minimize events, but to cover up such situations.
We live in a social reality, which does not cause a hotel of this supposed category to take this superb, negligent and covert attitude, without accepting the consequences.
Yes, it is a delicate and serious public complaint, but it is even more serious what happened...
Therefore, when we have failed to pay attention to ourselves, we must proceed to the corresponding complaint, not only on social networks, but to the appropriate authorities to establish the corresponding sanction and consequences.
Managers are fully aware that the facilities in this room pose a serious risk of insecurity and yet (according to staff), they have not solved it for years.
They thought we'd keep quiet... But no.
Behaviors like this deserve to have all the tourist decorations removed.
