SPACIOUS APARTMENT WITH STUNNING ROOFTOP POOL AND TWIN TOWER VIEWS
We had a wonderful stay at this great apartment! The rooms and living area are spacious, and both bathrooms were very clean and well-maintained. One of the best parts is the location—it's within walking distance to the Dang Wangi LRT station, making it super convenient to travel from KL Sentral. It's also close to Bukit Nanas LRT, which was another big plus. The rooftop pool is absolutely amazing, offering a breathtaking view of the Petronas Twin Towers—perfect for relaxing after a day out. There's also good baggage storage, which made things easier for us after checkout. The only downside was the check-in and check-out process, which was quite slow. We had to wait in a long queue for both. Apart from that, everything else was excellent and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Beware of fraud
I had a reservation using a travel agent. I needed to change the dates of my reservation and they said they were unable to contact the hotel and I would need to call them myself. I called the number from travel agent and the hotel couldn’t find my reservation. The second number they gave me the hotel couldn’t find my reservation as well. The third number they gave me the hotel couldn’t find my reservation either. The booking date has now passed and I lost my points and the management refuse to make this right. This is actually an Airbnb company disguised as a hotel and a scam.

Nice accommodation with beautiful views
The accommodation felt luxurious. It was easy to check in and out of the room. We checked out the night before the last night without any problems.
They take a deposit of about 1500 SEK which you should get back after about a week after check-out. It is important to use the same debit card as you have paid for the room, they do not want to accept cash for the deposit.
Unfortunately, the rating is pulled down due to the coverage on rooftoop. Guards carefully control visitors. We were just going to take pictures of the view but the guard didn't even want us to have our shopping bag and backpack with us into the area. I felt uncomfortable being there because of the security and I just wanted to get out of there. Wouldn't want to swim there because of that.

Barebones experience
I cannot recommend this place, you must bring 500 ringgit as a deposit for your room in cash otherwise it can take a month or more to get your money back after checkout if you use a debit card. The room is barebones, but clean and those are the only positives I can say.

Scam and Rude staff
My flight was delayed and I arrived at the facility after 9 pm. After paying and booking on Agoda 140
Dollars , the staff at check in did not accept the reservation telling me to pay the full amount in cash and contact Agoda for refund. After arguing he deleted my
