Convenient for food. I happened to found out 1 new nyonya delight shop. 5min walk from hotel. Easy to find.

Well maintain hotel located strategically at Bandar Permas Jaya. Near to Aeon Shopping Centre and local eateries.

Came back to this hotel because had a good experience in my previous stays. However, things changed, cleanliness is not quite up to standard and I'm not sure I will be back here again anymore

Overall a pretty decent and value for money hotel. Clean and simple. Had hair dryer as well but too bad no bar fridge even for deluxe king room. Aircon is a little cranky with the temperature but manegable. Parking is ample near many restaurant. Can't fault for the price and good stay at Permas area
