ومما يؤسف له أن الخدمة يجب أن تحسن. انهم بحاجة إلى العمل فريق العمل على مستوى. استمر ياشباب!! هذا المكان يستحق ذلك

Very bad stay
Unwelcoming owner
Dirty room (insects and bugs on the floor)
No room service
Noise in the air conditioning
All night noisy surrounding (the resort has the balconies next to the bedrooms)
Toilets and bath with no maintenance
Breakfast very poor and late on time
After he refused to change our room, We could not bear the night sounds and couldn’t sleep. We left at midnight the room. No one didn’t even called or asked about us.

The dirtiest resort with rude owner
Very rude owner wjo doesnt care for customer comments.
The rooms are full of insects and they didnt clean the room for 3 days not even change the towels.
