Location is not bad, not as near to Susukino as other similar hotels but, they have their own parking garage, which cost only 1500 yen for the day plus you can move the car in and out without restrictions. Just need to bring the card to front desk to validate it each time when you go out.
We walk to Susukino and the shopping arcade by foot, it takes 20-30min walk, we can actually see the shopping arcade No.7’s section from our window. All in all I like this hotel a lot, breakfast selection is great, but the room size is quite small, well I think this is normal here in Japan in the city. I would come back and stay at this hotel again if I shall return to Sapporo.

Stayed in the club room had an excellent view of the mountains drinks and food in the club lounge were fine , location good about 30 mins walk from train station

My friend and I really enjoyed The Sapporo Prince. It was a great hotel very close to everything within a 2-5 minute walk. The room was spotless and had a great view of the city. Everyone was helpful and friendly in the hotel, plus there was a free shuttle to Sapporo Station which we took advantage of two times during our stay.
Another perk was the delicious buffet. It had both Japanese & western dishes. My favorite was the local Sapporo soup curry. Excellent stay overall and would return again in the future!

location is rather outside the main busy tourist area, but the hotel offer free shuttle to sapporo, it could be better if they have evening schedule too. Room is rather spacious as in Japan, amenities are good in quality. Bottle of drinking water has been provided everyday. Breakfast is great, a wide variety of choice.

Average hotel in Sapporo. Room was small but it was expected for Japan.
However, there were a lot of unexpected charges which I hope hotels dot com take note. None of this was in the description.
1. Breakfast was JPY 3000 per person per day.
2. To use the fitness center, you need to pay JPY 2000 per person per day
3. To use the onsen, you need to pay JPY 1000 per person per day
I was really looking forward to the stay but all the extra fees really caught me off guard. Breakfast was expected but not for the other expenses. Disappointing for a Prince Hotel chain.
