I was near the elevator and the noise from the elevator was noticeable

Very small room. Not enough for two adults and a child. Close to the train, which is practical.

Very good location, Subway and JR nearby. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was bigger than I expected. Bed was not comfy. I can feel the springs and it’s hard. Maybe that’s what some Japanese people prefer. This location is convenient to metro and JR. Keep in mind JR loops may take an hour to come at some time frame. We were going to universal. We found out from Google that the train comes in every hour at 6:30am.
