Efficient check-in, attentive staff. My MIL left her camera at the lobby and they were responsive when contacted via the hotels.com app.
Location is walking distance to Dohtonbori and Kuromon market. Good places to eat nearby as well. 10/10 would recommend.
They also provided kawaii kiddie slippers for my son. So thoughtful.
No english tv channels though but it dont matter :)

The hotel was nice we enjoyed our stay, maybe 4.5 stars. The furnishings are modern and functional. The street noise, especially police sirens, was noticeable in the early morning hours. The service and amenities were okay but not 5 star. The ground floor had intermittent staffing and utilizing the 11th floor check in desk wasnt convenient.
Super easy to access the subway from the hotel elevator, which is great for rainy days. We didnt try the breakfast. There were mostly english speaking visitors staying in the hotel.

Great accommodations in Osaka Namba area. Easy access to metro lines, Dotombori, KUROMON market and many shopping areas!

I loved my stay here. Very nice, well kept modern hotel with the best service. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient, walking distance to everything. Thank you!!

Amazing experience .. the hotel is superbly convenient and room has everything one needs .. very clean, comfortable and excellent housekeeping
