We actually stayed here for 6 nights ( Extended our stay for 3 more nights) Coveniently located nearby hiroshima train station. Front desk was manned by courteous humans, unlike some hotels where front desks are manned remotely. We left our luggage prior to checking in. They had moved our luggage into our room when we returned. Room was spacious and we had everything we needed, Highly recommend.

Our stay at Randor Hotel Hiroshima Prestige was absolutely fantastic! The hotel had the largest bathroom we’ve ever experienced in Japan, complete with an excellent rainwater shower head and a separate large, deep bath—pure luxury. As an apartment-style hotel, it included amazing amenities like a washing machine, microwave, and cooking facilities, making our stay incredibly convenient. The rooftop area was a great bonus, offering a lovely space to relax. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful, ensuring we had a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to stay here again—highly recommended!

Spacious room but strange layout

This is an apartment hotel located a short walk from the Hiroshima JR station. By Japanese standards it is very spacious though the lay out is pretty strange. It would most suit a family travelling together wanting to save money. The staff are young and friendly and they went out of their way to help. I overpaid but if you are on a budget I am sure that you can look around for a good deal. Worth considering.

Super nice room that makes you feel at home. The huge TV can connect to all smart functions, the beds are big and comfortable, and the bath tub is amazing! Location wise it is perfect as well.

My family and I absolutely loved everything about the apartment. It had exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort and size. The beds were very comfortable (for us as we like our mattresses firmer), and the bathroom amazing. The kitchen had all of the necessary equipment to prepare and enjoy meals. Our apartment was on the 7th floor and fhe view from the balcony was nice. We felt safe in the area day/night. The only downside and what I found a bit silly was that we had arrived for check-in at 2pm and I had asked if early check-in would be possible rather than having to wait until 4pm, and we were told that we would have to pay an extra ¥2000 to check-in early even though the apartment was ready. We had opted to have our luggage stored and came back at a later time. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would stay again if available in the future.
