Gotemba hotel

The hotel has all the necessary amenities and facilities. Room was quite clean and but a little old.
We encountered some problems with 3rd party bookings and the hotel was about to overcharge us. However, their manager Santos was kind enough to help us out and allowed our family members to check in even though we did not managed to get hold of the 3rd party company to verify.

Nice and clean, good breakfast with beautiful view over Mount Fuji. Good service, always welcoming. 8 minutes walk from the train station or 5 from the Bus station to Shinjuku. Definitely recommended.
