Positive experience

We stayed there one night with our two children to be close to Gardaland. Our room was very nice, clean, simple but nicely decorated. We found the key in the Locker outside the gate and could park inside (otherwise it is difficult to find parking because the street is very narrow). Breakfast was already set up on our arrival. There were cereals, yogurt, milk, juices, water, rusks, various jams and packed snacks, as well as the possibility of making tea or coffee.
We were very satisfied.

In short:

Good location, we found parking within walking distance. Cleanliness average. Towels and sheets smelled of mold, like the room and the common room. Unfortunately the smell is strong and persistent. For one night I could endure, more I could not resist. The communal kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast is scarce, only with packaged products. It would take very little to improve: some chocolate and cold cuts for breakfast, bed linen and towels combined, a refreshment to the environment.

visit to verona

My wife, I and my son stayed for two nights from 1/3 April. The room was quite clean. The car parking leaves something to be desired as the narrow road left in a curve which is quite wide but with no parking allowed, poor breakfast, croissants and snacks, chains of supermarkets, and with few varieties

Very bad experience

uncomfortable bathroom as it is for disabled people with a toilet that is too high and a shower that floods everything and the shower head does not stay in position; room attached to the air conditioning motors so the noise of the machines could be heard; headboard of the bed bordering the kitchen so we didn't rest well hearing the dishwasher running early in the morning and other guests having breakfast noisily; breakfast with very little choice and with packaged products: having paid for it we expected something more; few hangers in the wardrobe (only 3) and not very clean; self check-in is convenient but having someone there every now and then wouldn't be bad just to check on guests' needs; However, the proximity to the center is good. Furthermore, on the site the rooms do not correspond to reality. Furthermore, after having written the following review to him in private on wa (at his request), he did not even respond. I don't recommend it in the slightest.

Overall a nice apartment, but the kitchen is shared with another couple. The self-service breakfast featured various packaged products that were not of great quality. The bed was made every day, but the room and bathroom were neither sanitized nor swept. The sheets and towels were changed on the third night. The neighborhood is quiet and the 24 stop that allows you to reach the center is just a few meters away. The mattresses of the double bed need improvement. Little care for the relationship with the customer, I never saw the owners, they left the key in a safe. Overall the experience was positive also because Verona is splendid
