Melany from the front desk was very helpful during my stay and provided useful advice on how to get around. Clean rooms and close to train station.

The location and room got nothing to do with the pictures. They take out to another building. Not even close to the picture that I saw when pay for the hotel online.

The room was not the same room I saw on the trip. Com. and it was stinky near the entrance of the room. The bathroom door lock was broken. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was good for the amount. No direct phone contact with reception. Reception counter far from the room. The place is very near to Mestre station.
