Amazing experience at Papillo Hotel!
Pillows were too thin for my liking but the hotel itself was amazing! Great food, great rooms, etc...! Even though the hotel is slightly out on the edge of town, it was conveniently located next to a grocery store that worked perfectly for our needs! I wish I could have had control over AC but we just opened the window and it worked great!

This hotel was a disappointment for us. No ventilation and the beds were more like cots. Uncomfortable.
The breakfast buffet had some decent pastries but the rest of it was poor. There were scrambled eggs that were ok, but the meat on the side was sliced hot dogs. Gross.
The dinner food was also poor. I was hoping for far better in Italy!

Awesome.
Loved the hotel but as Americans, we need AC or windows that open fully. It was hot in Italy. Thank you for being so supportive of our group.

Not the best option
Hotel is dated and needs serious upgrades. Windows were broken or didn't open at all. We had some doors that would lock as you left, leaving your valuables vulnerable. It's right beside a busy, noisy highway. Front desk lady was miserable and didn't look like she enjoyed her job at all. Breakfast was good....typical Italian breakfast....but it did the trick. It's found in an area that offers very little to do. Seems like it's placed in a residential area as it has a busy grocery store beside it.

Fixed food
Unusable bathtubs and lunch and dinner are fixed with no other choice, also annoys the fact that even paying 20 euros you are obliged to eat what is imposed on you. At least the beds are comfortable, but otherwise I was very disappointed
