As is known, the stamp duty, equal to 2 euros, is due for all invoices with an amount over € 77.47, issued by taxpayers in the flat-rate regime (outside the VAT scope), registered with a social security fund. The obligation regarding payment falls on the person issuing the invoice, in the first instance.
