Fabulous hotel. Room was larger than expected. Bed comfortable if you like firm. Staff were fantastic and breakfast was very good. Very convenient location to the main train station.

We stayed for five nights. It was very easy to check in and out. Marco and Frederico at the front were so kind and helpful our entire stay. We had a small problem figuring out the A/C at first, but then it worked just fine! If i ever come back to Milan, I will be staying here again. All the staff were so sweet!!

Great location next to the train station (and also metro station), friendly staff and clean rooms. Many good restaurants, cafes, and grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance. Nothing extraordinary but a solid value and would use again.

Call it a three star hotel and it will be fine. Advertised as a four star and that’s not measuring up.

It has not hit water at nights, we arrive from late flight and water temperature was not hot. They said would be ON in the early morning….
Hotel is little bit old, but acceptable for a quick sleep.
