Breakfast was great, friendly staff. Not much in the area in terms of food to get. No lobby bar or vending machine type things. We arrived later so would have been ideal to pre grab some dinner. Easy to get to airport

The location is not ideal and the soundproofing could be better. But the room is quite good in general for the price.

I had a 6:00am flight out of Florence so I needed a room near the airport. This was fine, but they don’t have 24 hour desk service. My fault, I didn’t check, but I didn’t like waiting for my Uber alone at 4:30am.

Ok for the price - cooling/Ac unit did not work - SERVICE STAFF WAS GREAT - BEWARE .. THE CAB THEY CALLED FOR US TO THE AIRPORT DOUBLED HIS PRICE WHEN WE GOT THERE

The room itself was fine - comfortable, clean, all I need for one night as a solo traveler. I had two issues -
1) They say they have A/C, and they do, but it is only turned on at certain times of the year. I tried to turn on the A/C in my room and it actually turned on the heat, which made my room absolutely miserable. When I asked, they said it was set to only heat for the time of year.
2) A huge group of teenagers checked into my floor around 10:30pm and were incredibly loud. When I called the front desk and asked them to say something, they said "It's only 11, they will probably calm down soon." They did not get quiet until after midnight and I had to get up at 4am for my flight, so this was rather frustrating.
