Nice hotel

Pleasant hotel located near Bellagio (car still essential to get there). The rooms are spacious and comfortable with kitchen included, wifi and bathroom. The breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. Finally, the hotel is the starting point for numerous walks on the surrounding hills with magnificent views of the lake.

So welcoming and would book again!!

Incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the check-in process was really good.
The personal touches and gestures were lovely, such as remembering which drinks we liked for breakfast or noticing it was my partners birthday & offering us Prosecco to celebrate.
The view for breakfast was amazing & it is a great location to get into town with plenty to do in Bellagio, including getting the ferry across the lake.
The free parking on site was a welcomed addition. The price I felt was very good value too considering the kitchen and bathroom facilities contained in the apartments and the incredible breakfast included!

Wonderful laid back apartments run by the nice set hosts ever

Lovely place, apartments fully equipped, casual style. Pleasant gardens, private furnished terrace. Charming hosts who literally couldn’t do enough for us. Even ran us to the supermarket for a stock up on 1st day. Welcome drinks and food on the 1st evening, so much food we didn’t need to go out for dinner. Wonderful views, couldn’t be better from the bat terrace

A haven of tranquility!

Stayed at this gem of a place for five days. Room was excellent & the staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Outstanding views from the garden & well located for travelling to the different areas around the lake. We will definitely return! Grazie mille! Colin

Perfect location for Bellagio

Great location with wonderful views within the grounds of the property
Property was spacious clean and pretty well equipped Fan did not work but staff were quick on scene to replace
We had room 16 with lake view from small balcony but best of all were views from various spots in grounds where you can enjoy the sun or shade- lots of chairs loungers etc - of lakes and mountains.
Property is just off a main road into Bellagio and there is a bit of traffic but really you can get real peace at this location
We had car and you need transport to get to Bellagio though bus stop is close by
Owners are unobtrusive which is good but small criticisms are they could have done more to explain the location transport facilities etc
Also a few of the pieces of outdoor furniture probably need some maintenance but these are minor points
I probably would have said excellent but bed was ok but not really comfortable
Overall happy I stayed here rather than Bellagio itself
