Excellent customer service!!!!! ❤️

I stayed here 4 nights, wasn’t enough. The hotel is lovely, the staff are absolutely phenomenal and very caring and respectful. Every single staff says hello and smiles.
One particular person- he gave me a tour around the hotel, Bayu Butler. He took me around the hotel show me different areas.
He was very good gentlemen, and was able to give me good information about the hotel.
Food breakfast was good. Fruit and juices galore.
I would love to come back for sure

Fantastic and undervalued! Best hotel in Bali!

Absolutely wonderful service! Cannot ask for better service. The bed and cleaning has been done with details every day. Staff made sure we are well looked after and got us arrival drinks and desserts when we decided to go for dinner. The kids had the best times. The indoor swimming pool was very convenient and the view is beautiful. The Restuarant was so good! Breakfast and dinner! Amazing! We would highly recommend this hotel.

Top notch villa in Ubud

The resort service is top notch. All staff are super friendly. We stay there 2 nights in their 3 bedroom pool villa. Everything in the villa was spacious and very private.
Food also good a wide range for us to choose , we definitely recommend this hotel in Ubud.

The best resort I have ever stayed in

From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The service is exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuine. Every single staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The villa was stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. The common areas are equally breathtaking, with every detail thoughtfully curated.
And the breakfast? Absolutely out of this world. Fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented every morning.
K Club offers an unbeatable mix of luxury, comfort, and charm — all at incredible value for money. I’m already dreaming about going back.

They gave us a very good and amazing breakfast, very enjoyable and nice. They are also very kind.

I want to say thank you to Ari and Sanji helping us to set up the breakfast in the pool.that’s was awesome.
Ari and Sanji provided very high class service and on time. They are also very kind.
I would choose K club again. because of their service and environment.
