Cozy and luxury hotel in lampung

New hotel in Lampung, the room is good and the staff service is very friendly starting from cintya, riska and rivaldi at the front office to Mr. ahmad leader FNB very kind, waitress andre very helpful person, serving me and other guests wholeheartedly, this hotel is very good suitable for business trips and family vacations, the food is delicious very varied especially the traditional pastry is delicious all. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Good job guys

I book non smoking room but the reception gave me smoking room with treatment like non smoking room but I know it, I want to change and again I get non smoking room which is treatment like non smoking room, I get mad when reception tell me that room is non smoking room buat i can feel the smoke and he lie that non smoking room, and I want to have my money back, finally I get the non smoking room but i already disappointed, very bad service

Interesting and enjoyable experience can enjoy vacation time in a beautiful place enjoying delicious food here,,,,

wowwww the place is nice very comfortable and also the view is beautiful. senenh bgt can ninep dsni enjoy me time and relax while enjoying the hotel food. next time will invite family and friends for staycation here

Experience sharing

The experience is satisfying, short story gets a barrier when you want to order through my santica app, while before it is good and try to first contact the hotel accepted by the Reservation said..
directed well up to the payment stage so that the voucher went into my email , pretty ribet but very helpful and the phone calls went long enough , directed patiently and the request I requested was well received , thank you Santika and staff in charge , good luck always

Comfortable place for solo travellers

The hotel is very comfortable for a solo traveller, easy access to the mall so all needs can be met, the services and facilities are also okay, the food and the rooms are still nice, because they are new too, worth it for sure
