Lively staff, right in the centre of Fort Kochi. Location was fantastic with loads of restaurants & cafes close by.
Room had aircon which was a big bonus as we didn’t think it had it.
Rooms overlook communal courtyard - big and spacious.
Clean bathrooms and no issue with bugs (except mosquitos but they are everywhere in Cochin).
Cons:
Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty upon arrival (some had stains)

This is a decent property to stay at but their reservation system seemed to be broken when I arrived.
The people at the hotel told me that I booked only one room when in fact I had two rooms booked. They later realised that the two rooms appeared as two seperate bookings on their end. Until they discovered the second booking the manager tried to pin the blame on me instead of trying to help me out.

great location, small & cosy.

great location, walking distance to shops, small basic accommodation, no food options, however close to cafe's and restaurants , please note if coffee lover cafe's nearby only open about 8.30am. kettle in room. fridge in the larger room.

not as good as the photo

The hotel is well located. On the other hand, the rooms, number 1 in any case, are not great, clean, poorly furnished. The bathroom looks like it was copied from a horror movie. The noise is omnipresent. The staff seems to have nothing to do with it. Although there is a noisy restaurant, there is no breakfast option on site.
At this price you can find much better.

Chic, clean and classy

Beautifully restored heritage house and nice friendly staff! I really wish that I stayed more than a night. Was assigned the upper floor room facing the road (wasn’t a problem for me as I’m a deep sleeper but light sleeper might find it an issue). The high ceilings and wooden beams are gorgeous and it’s a room that one can relax in. The bed is huge and generous, nice rain shower in the bathroom. The boutique hotel is right in the center of fort kochi but on a slightly quieter street.
