Had a memorable stay

We stayed at the hotel for 02 night......
Overall services was up to mark... Especially the staffs are kind and ready to help any time ... Easy access to the railway station. Hatts off to gm and team d'chandelier.... The food was mouthwatering... I will definitely recommend to my friends....

Not Good even if you get it free

Perhaps my worst experience in Cochin hotels. They are charging three star rates, but doesn't even have the standard of a decent lodge. They don't have many of the facilities that they are boasting. No restaurant or any arrangements for food. Front office personnel are very rude and unprofessional, doesn't even know the very basics of Customer service and courtesy. No Bell boys to carry your luggage. AC and TV are only for name. AC is always switched off from the reception. Rooms are in very bad condition, without any luxury. Most of the bulbs in the room are not working. The only good part is the nice behaviour of house keeping ladies. Despite being unqualified, they know the basics of Customer service. Road in front of the hotel is always flooded and the main centre of anti social activities. Avoid this hotel as plenty of better options are available.

"Awsome Experiance'

It's a very nice hotel. The room was very spacious with separate dining area . Toiletries and water bottle was provided. Lot of space for my 10 month old baby to play in the room. Bathroom also was very clean with running hot water always. Lobby also very spacious. Cost also was very reasonable. They have a restaurant, Location is superb just in the main road. Railway station is near by the Hotel. Staff was very cooperative. I would like to stay here again on my next visit.

Nice Experience!!!

Three reasons I would suggest you all should visit this hotel.....
1. excellent hospitality,
2. centrally located and easily accessible to all the main locations of Cochin and,
3. budgeted tariff rates.
Kudos to all the staff there.......

waaw...Really unbelievable

Really unbelievable.. such a clean and luxury hotel room with unbelievable offer price.
The staff and service is much appreciable. Kudos...........
It is located between the eastern gate of Ernakulam south railway station and Karshaka road.
