Highly recommended

Hardly any family-run hotel on Lake Chiemsee is as consistent as Neuer am See. Cleanliness of rooms, friendliness of staff, excellent breakfast, cakes from the pastry chef and daily changing dishes are always soothing. The proximity to the lake without traffic noise make the Hotel Neuer a must for our visits to Lake Chiemsee for many years

All round pleasant

They were two very pleasant stays, we did not miss anything. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the location is quiet with views of Lake Chiemsee. The kitchen in the house is excellent and has operation throughout. The walls do not offer strong sound insulation, but it was still very quiet in the house.

Feeling Five Stars at the Three Star Hotel: Thank you!!!

If only for one night, the stay at the Hotel Neuer am See was excellent (again). My wife and I stayed in the Chiemsee Suite and had dinner at the hotel's restaurant.
The Chiemsee Suite has excellent value for money. In the restaurant we ate very well. From my point of view as a wine merchant, the restaurant's wine list is outstanding for a three-star hotel.
Thanks to Mrs Neuer (sen.) for a friendly welcome in the café, thanks to all the staff at the reception and in the restaurant for the equally very friendly service. We hope to come back soon!!!

Tasteful - in every respect!

My daughter and I were once again guests at the Hotel Neuer am See. The room is tastefully decorated - maybe a bit small, but that hardly bothered us. The ladies from Housekeeping were - as always - selected helpful and friendly. In fact: The entire staff - especially in the service - is firstly on the move and secondly very devoted and personable. Breakfast is generous and delicious - only the rolls were usually not crispy, but tough. But that may also have been due to the muggy weather. The menu offers something for every taste and the food is good. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. Gladly are guests again! ♥️

Great hotel, everything is right here!

I was the first. Sometimes in this hotel, but certainly not the last time. Everything was right and I loved it, whether the great room, the great food and the always friendly staff. The steamer jetty is only 3 minutes away. The bus stop for the local bus (free use with the guest card) is just opposite as well as the mini golf course and bike rental.
