Fair Enough

Up-to-date and well designed rooms of just acceptable size w/ pretty bathrooms. No fridge, water cooker or coffee /tea supplies provided. Limited choice breakfast. Only 15 min. /3 stops by RB81 train to Hamburg main station, which still can be pretty tiresome. 8 min. walk to Rahlstedt station, where there's plenty shops for day-to-day needs, too. Residents only public parking, so be prepared to walk a bit or pay the hotel parking fee.
Trains run by at close distance, though behind a noise barrier wall. Ask for a room facing East or South. There, we were fine sleeping with the window open.
Fussy staff when trying to book via phone, but overall a good value for money hotel.

Unprofessionelles Chaos

Es ist schade dass das neu renovierte und gut ausgestattete Hotel schlecht geführt wird. Beim Check-In hatte man Probleme im Verstehen der Hotelsoftware, sodass dieser lange gedauert hat. Die Zimmer waren nicht gesaugt - es war Dreck am Boden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren neu und sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück hat der Toast geschimmelt - Gott sei Dank soviel Schimmel, dass man ihn nicht übersehen konnte. Die Speisen wurden beim Frühstück nicht nachgeräumt. Servietten waren keine vorhanden. In der Rezeption hat das Personal derart laut gestritten, das dies im Frühstücksraum hörbar war. Durch die Lage nahe am Bus und DB-Bahnhof ist die Hamburger Innenstadt leicht und schnell erreichbar.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, wir haben täglich neue Handtücher bekommen. Allerdings war das Zimmer unglaublich klein und eng. Das Personal am Empfang war nett. Wir waren 2 Stunden zu früh am Hotel und mussten dann 15€ extra bezahlen um die Koffer schon aufs noch nicht gereingte Zimmer bringen zu können und das Auto auf den mit 10€ pro Tag extra zu bezahlenden Parkplatz stellen zu dürfen, da hätte man etwas kulanter sein können

Grundsätzlich schönes, neues Zimmer. Allerdings hatte ich eine völlig verschmutzte Bettdecke, die erst nach 2 Tagen ausgewechselt wurde. Zudem ging die Zimmerkarte über 2 Tage hinweg nicht, was sehr ärgerlich war.
