The hotel is part of an apartment complex and is a fairly residential part of Winterhude (hip spot) It’s a short bus ride away from Mühlenkamp strip with a ton of bars and restaurants.
The room was great. Looked as if it was recent remodeled with nice lighting, fine bathroom and a sweet coffee/mini-bar setup. Coffee was 1€ per pod and fridge drinks were 3€.
The gym was one of the nicest I’ve seen in a hotel at this price point. Full weight selection, your standard cardio spread and a room full of peloton-type stationary bikes for a spin class.

The location was convenient. You could walk 5 minutes to STADRAD bicycle station.

Rather uncomfortable at the moment.
Often, short-term bookings are no longer possible at all or on significantly worse terms than before. Cheap offers are no longer available, certain arrival days are excluded and the prices called are in the maximum.
At breakfast, the Ukrainian language dominates and in front of it are these heavily smoking guests in groups.
It's too bad. Was once a very pleasant hotel.

Nice (but not central) hotel
Room and bath room were clean and very spacious with modern decor and a small seating area, blackout curtains effective and beds firm and comfortable, so sleeping quality is very good.
Breakfast is great with a very good variety of German and more "regular" European food, and actually it is a tea drinkers paradise: You could choose between no less than 24 different kinds of tea!
The staff in the reception is nice and helpful.
