For the price. Meh. Hotel feels dated, not what I would expect for the price. View from our room was terrible. Incredibly disappointed. We were looking forward to this stay but honestly it wasn’t worth the money. Again, this was not a budget price, we paid lots of money and felt like we was staying at at motel in terms of service/attention. Hotel was clean. The « king » bed is two twin beds put together.
Staff was no help, not very welcoming or warm. Only recommendation for restaurant was their own hotel restaurant. No help outside of this.

This property was perfect for my family’s stay in Berchtesgaden . The staff was friendly, the restaurant has great menu options and delicious meals, the breakfast was included and the room was very clean and the bathroom was modern and updated. The beds were also very comfortable and we slept well! The pool area was also very clean, and the in-door water temperature was comfortable and our kids very much enjoyed splashing in the pool. Unfortunately it rained our entire time here so I can’t speak to the views of the mountains from the hotel, but we did take a boat trip on Lake Königssee which was beautiful despite the rain. Highly recommend this hotel and the surrounding areas, and my family hopes to visit again in the summertime.

Rear facing rooms were advertised as having a Mountain View. There is NOT a Mountain View. The back overlooks the parking lot.
