Worth to stay ♥️
The place is worth to stay and accessible to all activities such as cable car , ski activities, is a must to try and many more activities. The view was so nice. Staff are friendly, accommodating, helpful. Will surely back ♥️⛷️❄️️️

I was swindled (deceived) to 250 GEL for using an old sled, curves, broken.
I don't recommend this place.

Pure service. Some of staff rude. From 9pm close heater in the outdoor pool
Hotel as a place, not bad, but in complex with attitude, atmosphere 3 out of 10. Room was nice, but very noisy. From 7-8 morning I was feeling like i sleep outside. Not soundproof at all. In restaurant I got dry pork meat, which have to be impossible with dry potato and potato wa cold, meat hot, but it’s dish which have to be cooking together meat and potatoes. Not much choices of food in restaurant, and almost don’t have georgian cuisine. If I go to Georgia, for sure I wanna try Georgia cuisine, pizza I can eat everywhere. Restaurant supposed to work till 12pm, Food u can order till 11pm. We came at 10.45pm to the restaurant, staff said it’s too late to order food, but same time light was open everywhere and restaurant was prepared for close. Even drinks it’s was impossible to get with this cleaning and closing atmosphere. One receptionist said he is don’t care about guests in the hotel, and he is only receptionist. Then I don’t understand what he is doing in hospitality, he has to change job in this case. Only one receptionist was so cool, he is speaking only georgian language and English. So bad that I don’t know any names of them. Some of staff in spa, so rude. The way she is talking and acting. The only one amazing thing from the hotel, it’s swimming pool outdoors, but even it from 9pm, staff close heater. For my question why? They start to make from me stupid and said that weather outside getting more cold, that’s why cold pool. It’s was only -6, then when it’s will be -15, it’s will be ice in jacuzzi with hot water?I felt that water from pipe coming cold. And this was same during 2 days, 9pm close heater. I have feeling like owner has amazing big hotel with a lot of activities, but he doesn’t know how to make businesses and choosing staff. In this hotel amazing only swimming pool, but to pay big money only cos of this, I don’t think it’s have a sense. I hope u will make some work with staff and u will fix all this minuses. All atmosphere starts from the staff and attitude. U can have most amazing place in the world, but if u have a pure service, people will not comeback to this place and will not recommend it to no one. Best of luck. Everything only by facts.

New Year's Eve celebration at the hotel restaurant!
Review for the New Year's Eve celebration at Gudauri Loft Restaurant.
New Year's Eve celebrations at Gudauri Loft Restaurant left a very negative impression, and I would like to share my experience so that other guests can avoid similar disappointments.
We were a company of 10 people (7 adults and 3 children) and had pre-purchased tickets to the New Year's program for $150 per person. The hotel presents itself as 5-star, so we expected the appropriate level of service and organization. Unfortunately, reality has fallen far short of what was promised.
Major challenges:
1. Food and service:
When we arrived at the restaurant at 9:45 p.m. (the program was supposed to start at 8:00 p.m.), we were waiting for a table with food already arranged. All the dishes were cold, chaotically piled on top of each other, as if they had just been set and forgotten. It's unacceptable for a restaurant of this level. Besides, some of the dishes were never served, and we had to remind the waiters of their absence.
2. Furniture:
Some of the chairs were different - some were clearly delivered from the terrace or other areas of the hotel. Several chairs were shaken and even broken. This is totally unacceptable given the level of the hotel and the price of the event.
3. Promised program:
The receptionist assured her that there would be a host who would spend the evening in Georgian and English, live music, a DJ and fireworks. In the end, there was no host at all. The program was limited to live music and a DJ, which disappointed both adults and children. Fireworks were also absent, unlike other hotels nearby, even 4-star ones.
4. Alcohol:
The alcohol that had been placed on the table had already been opened and was beginning to exhale. We expected the bottles to be opened on our watch.
5. No discounts or compensation:
Despite our complaints about the lack of stated services and poor organization, we were denied any discount or compensation. Two adults and three children left the holiday an hour after the start, disappointed by the lack of a programme.
Positive aspects:
The only thing that can be noted on the positive side is the efforts of the waiters. They were smiling, trying to be attentive, but clearly failing because of a lack of competent organization on the part of management. Beautiful interior and view.
Outcome:
Gudauri Loft Restaurant clearly falls short of the stated level. For such a cost and in a 5-star hotel, we expected a quality holiday organization, attention to detail and fulfilment of promises. As a result, they got a mediocre party with cold food, no program and an incomplete menu.
I do not recommend visiting this restaurant for important events.

Loved it.
Great service, wonderful spa, excellent/convenient location. Good breakfast.
On the downside, the mattress was a bit old and lumpy, and there is no automations to save energy.
But all in all we had a lovely experience and the staff was very helpful.
