Supernice
Fresh and clean room, missing an ac though (there is a fan but it’s making a lot of sound). Beds were supernice!! Would stay here again. But this is a place for only a night or two when passing by on roadtrip or going to one of their canyoning events

رائع ولكن المفهوم قليلاً فلا يوجد به غرفة
المساوىء:
- إجراءات الدخول هو بالفعل وقت متأخر عند الوصول إلى لم يكن من الممكن الحصول على غرفة قبل الساعة 4:00 مساءً. كيف العديد من الوقت لا يحتاجون إلى تنظيف هذه عدد قليل من الغرف؟ هل توجد جميع يتم تنظيفها في نفس الوقت؟ أو يوجد استراحة الغداء؟ لا توجد أي مرونة من مكتب الإستقبال.
- لا يوجد نافذة، لا يوجد مكيف في الغرفة لذا فهو بالفعل ساخن ولن ملائم في الليل
- الكثير من الضوضاء أثناء الليل من الطريق الوطنية
- لا يوجد أدوات الحمام فى الحمام، ولا حتى صغيرة العضوية وجل للاستحمام
- جدا مزدحم وصاخب في الصباح أمام الباب
- فقط القديمة أو أقل من ورق التواليت في الغرفة
يحب:
- أسرة مريحة، غرفة لطيفة
- منطقة شرفة صغيرة أمام الغرفة
- حمام سباحة لطيف مع أسرة للتشمس منظر لطيف على مزارع الكروم
- موقف سيارات
- الموقع من زيارة منطقة
أوصي به 1 أو 2 ليالي.
إنه من المؤسف ان المجموعات تنظيم اجتماعات مباشرة أمام الغرف. ربما يمكنك أن ترتب في منطقة موقف السيارات، مباشرة أمام مكتب الاستقبال؟

ASCOSA: a real adventure
before booking you should be well aware that "Ascosa Adventure" is not a classic "hotel"
outside the very friendly and natural setting and strategic location as there are no competitors nearby
- you will not see anyone outside of other guests, there are no visible personnel
-You have to manage for breakfast
- you cannot cancel or modify your reservation even several weeks in advance ...
Too bad.

Did not meet our expectations
The problems started with paying. 1 attempt failed, worked on the 2nd but not entered in the system. Contact with accommodation and Booking.com => everything OK. Shortly before departure, cancellation of accommodation => contact with accommodation and Booking.com => confirmation of accommodation received by email and so far the booking worked.
We were there for a week in August. Family room and a 2-person. The reception was not manned - the keys were in the wrong place. In the family room with 2 hotplates there were shards of glass on the floor and a brown liquid. After a call, the owner came half an hour later and wiped it clean. She is very nice and also got us a larger pot. The rooms have to be ventilated/cooled with the door open. The drains have no odor trap => it smells accordingly. The table in the family room needs to be cleaned with a high-pressure cleaner, but as wobbly as it is, a new one will be needed. The patio protectors outside are warped and some of the screws are raised - so be careful.
Due to the container construction, it creaks now and then.
Family room: Consists of a room with a separate bathroom. Light in the bathroom connected to room light, separate light in the bathroom does not work. => At night with a flashlight to go to the toilet...
Double room: Floor light on the terrace cannot be controlled and illuminates the room, light by the sink did not work.
In the common area there is: coffee machine, kettle, fridge with compartments for 5 of the 6 rooms, microwave and a coffee machine (I did not try it). There is also no freezer compartment, neither in the There are also glass containers for tea, coffee and cocoa, unfortunately they are not refilled. Unfortunately there is no oven as stated on Booking.com.
We also had the pleasure of other guests leaving early in the morning ~5:30. If you then pull a rolling suitcase over the wooden slats with the door open (otherwise it is too hot) - you are guaranteed to be awake.
The towels were changed more often. The pool was basically the best thing about the accommodation.

Perfect! There is also an adventure centre attached to the lodge. Great staff!
