Satisfactory one night stay.

Ideal location across road from main station. Eurostar station only 7 or 8 minute walk away. My single room was quite small and basic but very clean and suggested recent refurbishment. Reception is a door between 2 shops, check-in speedy by friendly staff. Room on 3rd floor quiet enough despite being on main road. Breakfast perfectly acceptable continental for only 7 euros.
Hotels in Lille seem to be quite expensive so given that its probably not a bad deal.Wifi worked fine . Tv screen a little small but I did nt need it.

Short stay

Good value for money-clean and modern.
In the city centre close to main train stations. No frills but otherwise has all the basic requirements. Friendly and helpful reception . Every thing worked. Minor down side tiny lift.

Bien mais beaucoup trop bruyant

Les + : personnel très sympathique, bonne literie, bon petit dej malgré un choix restreint, chambre assez propre, bon emplacement entre le centre ville et le grand palais.
Les - : le bruit!!! N’oubliez pas les bouchons d’oreilles si vous voulez dormir un peu… gros point négatif pour moi qui ne me donne pas envie de revenir malheureusement malgré les +…

Beaucoup trop bruyant

Chambre au 5 e tres correcte, propre, bonne literie. L'accueil est agreable et le personnel à l'ecoute.
En revanche, toutes les chambres donnent sur la rue qui est très animée et bruyante: beaucoup de brasseries proches ferment tard, les bus, les camions de livraison et de poubelles à partir de 5h... C'est vraiment dommage, mais en général on prend une chambre d'hotel pour y dormir...

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Simple, propre et efficace. Très bon rapport qualité prix à 1mn de la gare lille flandres. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Chambre refaite à neuf. Hotel situé au cœur de toutes commodités. J'y reviendrai.
