Old and in urgent need of renovation

The hotel is old and in urgent need of renovation. camouflaged moisture spots, solid carpet that is really not clean, very poor workmanship... Not at all what I am used to from an IBIS STYLE hotel. Big setback.

For its geographical location

The hotel is worth first of all for its geographical location close to the train station and the old city center of Chambéry. Very nice home. If the Ibis standard is respected with, as usual, very good bedding and an early buffet breakfast, this establishment would require a facelift because the common areas in particular are dated. The door frames, even if they do not harm the sound insulation of the room, are quite far from the usual standard of a Styles. The need for renovation also applies to the bathroom. Also note the absence of private parking but there are paid public parking lots nearby.

There's better elsewhere

For the price we pay the wifi is not there the bathtub is too high and the bathroom too small I would go elsewhere the next stopover for one. Accor Hotel it is very disappointing that there is no wifi in the rooms and not even a restaurant.

To avoid !

The worst IBIS Style that I have had the opportunity to frequent while I travel throughout France. Very old, very dirty. Absolutely avoid. This establishment does not even deserve 2 stars even though it has 3.
