You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the amount of the first night on the credit card used to make the booking. Please note that the wellness center and pool are not allowed to children under 12 years old. Please note that for safety reasons, the spa, pool, gym and wellness center are only accessible to adults and youth over 16 years of age. The fitness center and pool are only accessible by reservation at a cost of 35€ per person.
