Nice hotel spot
Always nice to be a guest here, location is perfect for wine tour and close to downtown of Baune. Will be back.

This property is ideally located just on the outskirts of Beaune and you can easily walk to downtown for an excellent choice of restaurants and stores. Your are also very close to many wineries. The room was very nice and clean, with great service from all staff. The pool, spa and breakfast exceeded our expectations. This is hotel was great!!!

Big question mark.
The hotel is really nice and has great potential to be awesome… However, when wie entered the hotel at 13:00, there was no welcoming word but only the info that the room will only be available at 15:00…???
I still cannot believe this… in the early evening there was a more professional guy who maintained the bar well and was very nice.
Due to this hostile welcoming, we refused to decide pro breakfast and left early in the morning.
Outdoor pool area is nice and great to hang out after a long Ride!
Bottom line for us is, that value for money is a joke, given the unfriendliness of staff in the afternoon plus some features in the room… we had a big TV, but remote control wasn,t working.

Your big question mark is that you didn't get your room at 1pm when it is indicated on all our sites and on your booking confirmation that room are available at 3pm? So there's no big mark question to have.
What's more, we systematically offer several solutions to all our guests who arrive early: wait in the bar, visit Beaune, store your luggage in reception or take advantage of our wellness area. So I don't see how this isn't welcoming or professional!
When the room is ready, we give it to you, but in this summer period it wasn't ready at 1pm.
What's more, it seems to me that you returned before 3pm and were able to use your room...
Isn't that professional?
I'm sorry that you've taken offence at so little.
It's not our fault.
However, if your room had not been ready by 3pm, then your comment would have been acceptable.
But if you had arrived at 1pm when you knew perfectly well that check-in was at 3am, no.
We remain very welcoming and professional even if you arrive early, so that's not why you didn't have breakfast but simply because you were leaving early.
We are delighted that you nevertheless enjoyed our outdoor pool.
Finally about the remote control, these things happen. We always check them before each arrival but it can happen that the batteries are faulty in the meantime. This can be sorted out in just 1 minute.

Nice small hotel with parking
We visited this hotel during our car holiday to Spain.
Nice parking (free) - only the charging station did not work! Not really practical when driving electric.
Small hotel with outdoor pool and small indoor pool.
Reception and bar.
No restaurant, but you can have breakfast in a separate room.
Correct breakfast without further ado.
Reception staff are very friendly and helpful with questions I
15 min walk to the center of Beaune, on this road one will find a Lidl (here are charging points for electric cars) and a bakery etc.
Rooms are contemporary with shutters against sun and sound.
Suite I advise against as there is a lot of noise from the air conditioning outside, we could not sleep.
Other rooms are not too bad.
Ideal hotel to visit beaune or as a transit hotel to the south.
We definitely recommend this!
