From check in to check out the staff was nice and very attentive. Good location. Working A.C. and T.V. Room on bottom floor, I was able to get some good night sleep.

Budget value hotel in a great location to walk 4 mins to the massive shopping mall. The staff were super nice & helpful. I would stay there again!

The hotel is ok. Needs a makeover. However, the staff is very friendly and nice. Area seems pretty safe. As a reference, the Intercontinental hotel is nearby. Rooms have a/c and private bathroom. Overall it is a decent hotel for the price paid

Good hotel, good staff, pretty much close by Metrocentro a main mall.

The staff is magnificent. We had a minor indicent with our room, but it was inmmediately resolved. I give them a "high-five".
