Excellent boutique hotel

We booked this hotel with friends. It is a small boutique hotel within walking distance to the centre of Lefkosia with lots of restaurants and cafes. The hotel has very friendly staff, is very clean and with lovely bedrooms. There is a sweet outdoor garden at the back where we enjoyed breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Centrally located in the North of Nicosia

Room was spacious, and clean and centrally located, everything is walkable.
Reception/downstairs they speak clear English and very helpful.
Breakfast continental and sufficient.
Hot water issue in the room which was a bit of a nuisance. Their was a switch but still no luck.

Excellent boutique hotel in old Lefkoşa

What a great little hotel! Inside the old city walls by the arabahmet neighbourhood, so you can easily walk to everything. Very friendly staff. Excellent showers - lots of hot water and no leaks. Very clean, comfy beds, good breakfast, and the price was at the affordable end. What more could you want?

Stylish pearl in Levkoşa

Very stylishly furnished house with friendly management. Beautiful inner courtyard invites you to linger. Good coffee and a good breakfast give visitors a good start to the day. The owners and employees provide fresh, cool water for your room or for when you're out and about. Wonderful! The hotel is a short walk from the most important sights. The hotel is next to the Arabahmet Mosque. The call of the muezzin is therefore veeeery close. We like it, so it didn't bother us. The rooms are a bit thinly soundproof. But it didn't bother us. Thank you, we had a wonderful time in this hotel in Levkoşa.

Economical, youthful, excellent location

This is very inexpensive housing in the city center. For this money you will receive an adequate offer: a set of household appliances, cleanliness, a bathroom in the room.
A couple of unpleasant points: in the courtyard there is a pizzeria where pizza days are held until 23:30 (on the very day of my presence), but if you are young at heart, this will only be a plus)
In the morning they offer breakfast: it’s not very steep, but it allows you to throw something inside. Prices at the bar outside breakfast are sometimes several times higher.
Let me note the location again - it is very convenient, within the old city
