Quiet Hotel in Miramar Neighborhood

Quiet hotel where I had good nights of sleep. It overlooks a park so that creates a quiet retreat atmosphere. Really enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet the 1st 2 days we stayed. Our tour group traveled to Caribbean coast, then returned to the Valentin for our last 2 nights. Breakfast buffet was not available for the second stay, instead of the large buffet room, we were told to go to the restaurant. Made to order eggs were available as well as cold cuts, bread, cereals, cheese and fruit. I suspect due to hotel not being full this part of our stay. The pool area was very nice and we spent time lounging by the pool as well as swimming. Note that hotel is showing its age in that not everything works(like tub drain stopper in our 1st stay, but for 2nd stay our room's tub drain stopper did work which was great since I was craving a bathtub soak).

Excellent stay!

The room is quite spacious, the beds, pillows and sheets very comfortable. Room service was quite satisfactory. The service at the bar was great. The breakfast was also well served, the food was new and the staff made every effort to serve us well. Careful staff and with good care. Needs some repairs (like most things in Cuba), but hasn't interfered with the stay. The neighborhood is quite quiet and safe, but far from the tourist area of Havana. There is a great restaurant right after the hotel entrance.

Unforgettable stay ❤️

We have spent a great holiday in this cozy hotel, highlight with Ace d'Or the treatment of all its workers, they are amazing people, very friendly and attentive, who strive every day to make the stay pleasant, we recommend it 100%, we think that beyond the comfort and facilities, the human quality of its workers is incomparable, we are looking forward to a week more and for sure when we return there we will stay again, it has been a pleasure for us to have been customers of this wonderful hotel, a huge embrace for all its workers, we take them in the heart ❤️

Loved this place

I visited for a week and stayed at this hotel, wonderful my stay, the very comfortable room and the very Pro service, made me feel at home and very grateful with the attention of the receptionists especially Jennifer very attentive
