Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice, comfortable and very clean.. 👍👍 Delicious breakfast buffet. Inside the hotel is a small supermarket with all necessary things. Good location, not far from North Railway Station and downtown. Very satisfied, great.

The environment and location of the hotel are good, and the service is very professional and standardized. It is a hotel with a good price/performance ratio, especially Ms. L at the front desk, who is serious about her service and treats guests like family members. When I received a call from Ms. L, I forgot to take my toothbrush and toothpaste. Ms. L was considerate of the guests, and I received it this morning by SF Express, and I didn’t ask me to pay for the express fee. This is very rare in other hotels. Arrived, generally speaking, the hotel will save it for the guests. If they don’t know how to express, they will express it. The express fee is also borne by the guest... Therefore, Xi’an Yongchang Hotel is trustworthy, a home and warm hotel, and it is worth going to Xi’an For this reason, I would like to thank the hotel again for its meticulous and professional service attitude, and thank you Ms. L at the front desk again.
