Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of HKD 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Mondrian Hong Kong reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount from the provided credit cards prior to arrival as a guarantee of reservations. - For bookings paid in advance to Mondrian Hong Kong by credit card, we will request the same credit card upon check-in for verification. If you cannot present the same credit card, you will be asked to make the payment by cash or an alternative credit card upon check-in. - In case of no show or late cancelation, guests will be charged with the service fee associated with the room charge.

According to the guidelines of Hong Kong's "Product Environmental Responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023", starting from 2024/4/22, Hong Kong hotels will no longer provide free plastic bottles of water, toothbrushes, combs and other disposable plastic products to guests. If you have any questions, Please check the hotel's official website or consult the hotel in advance. According to the latest regulations of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, starting from January 1, 2025, it is anticipated that a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax will be implemented. As a result, during the check-in process, the hotel may request this Hotel Accommodation Tax. Please be advised of this potential charge and make any necessary preparations accordingly.
