As soon as I entered the hotel, the lobby of the hotel was very grand. Ms. vina and Yilia who checked in were very warm and polite. They even gave me a free upgrade to the room. They also gave me a warm guide and told me about the hotel's facilities and equipment. The room is quite large Yes, the whole floor-to-ceiling windows face the Minjiang River, the scenery is very good, next time I stay at Sheraton 👍👍👍

1) Location not near to any shopping centres within walking distance.
2) Not much choice for dining experience. Most restaurants already closed down. Left with 1 Chinese restaurant.
Their all day cafe is not open as stated on their signage.
Room dining menu options not much too.
3) Overpriced based on 5 star room standard. Only offer basis as compared to other 5 star hotels.
4) Should provide luggage stand. When the luggage place at the string area, no place to wear shoe.

Great business stay

I was at this hotel for a business meeting with almost one thousands associates. The hotel was very comfortable, elegant, modern with style. Being on the 17th executive floor I had access a a great lounge with nice view. Room has all comforts..just missing a Nespresso machine..be back soon
