لسوء الحظ، قام وكيلنا بالحجز مباشرةً من خلال Booking.com، ولم يتحقق من كل رحلاتنا قبل إرسالها إلينا. نأسف على عدم التحقق قبل المغادرة. تم حجز إحدى حفلاتنا ليلاً أقل بنسبة من سكاننا الآخرين. وعندما أشارنا إلى الخطأ في مكتب الاستقبال، أخبرونا أن الفندق قد تم حجزه، وأفضل ما يمكنهم القيام به هو وضع سرير إضافي في إحدى غرفنا الأخرى للاستمتاع بالليلة الأخيرة. تحققتُ عبر الإنترنت وكان هناك أماكن متوفرة لذلك لم أكن متأكدًا من أن المشكلة كانت. كان لابد من ذلك
اتصل بالوكيل عند العودة إلى الديار، ولحسن الحظ، كانت هناك غرفة متوفرة بشكل عجيب حتى ليلة الماضي.

خدمة مكتب الاستقبال سيئة للغاية.
وصلنا مبكرًا، والغرفة ليست جاهزة بدون مشكلة، وقد تم تخزين حقائبنا، وقد قالوا أنها يجب أن تكون جاهزة في الساعة 1: 30 . عدت الساعة 2: 30 . غير مستعد. تم الانتظار حتى الساعة 4: 00 لا يزال غير جاهز، لذا منحنا غرفة بجوار المصعد مباشرة.
خدمة سيئة. وجعلونا ننتظر طوال ذلك الوقت، وعلموا أن الغرفة لن تكون جاهزة.

أفضل إقامتنا خلال رحلة لمدة أسبوعين
وكانت بوفيهات الإفطار الساخنة الأفضل حتى الآن. وقد اشتملت الأطباق الساخنة على نوعين من البيض، وهما البيض المطبوخ والمتفروم خفيفًا (وليس مطهوًا بشكل كبير). ويُقدم هذا العرض، بالإضافة إلى نوعين من النقانق، الدجاج ولحم الخنزير، مع مشروب "أو جي" الطازج. أخذتُ برتقالية كليمينتين إلى غرفتي. وأخيرًا، يمكننا التطلع إلى تناول الإفطار.
وكما ذكر معظم التعليقات، فإن الموقع لم يكن أفضل من ذلك. إنني أحكم على مستوى رضاي من خلال مدى توفر القهوة قبل افتتاح وجبة الإفطار. تم العثور على قهوة رخيصة في متاجر "تيم هورتونز" و"سيركل كيه" و"ماكدونالدز". وفي الجهة المقابلة من الشارع، يوجد "مبنى يوركفيل" (Yorkville) التابع لشركة "يونيف أوف تورونتو" (Univ of Toronto)، والذي تم الاعتناء به جيدا، ويتميز بأنه وارف الخضرة وآمن. كما يقع متحف رويال أونتاريو (Royal Ontario Museum) الشهير في الجهة المقابلة من الشارع.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Yorkville Royal Sonesta Hotel Toronto of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon check-in photo identification and valid credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note, for all pre-paid bookings, guests are requested to produce the credit card used for booking along with valid photo identification. If this is not possible, the guest must provide another credit card in their own name. Cash payments for incidentals are not accepted for pre-paid bookings. Please note that bed and breakfast rates offer breakfast for 2 guests only. Additional charges are applicable per each additional guest. When traveling with pets, please note that an non refundable charge of 150 CAD per room, per stay applies. A nightly Facility Fee of CAD25 + tax includes: fitness center access, Wi-Fi, 2 bottled waters on arrival, in-room coffee & tea, $10 daily food & nonalcoholic beverage credit, free local & 1-800 calls, indoor pool. Damage deposit is t is CAD 100 per night, CAD 300 per 3 nights or above. Resort fee of CAD 29.95 per room per night isn't included in room rates.
Effective Apr 1, 2018, an additional 4% city tax will be charged for guests staying overnight in Toronto.
