Perfect for business

Very nice hotel with an excellent location on a hill just outside Sofia downtown. Very large and clean rooms with nice terrace. Excellent comfortable bed. Good service and friendly staff. Nice swimming pool where to refresh after a day work. Good breakfast even if fruit was totally missing. Incredible quality/price ratio. Surely I’ll be back once in Sofia for business.

The hotel is good, very close to nature.

We had a really good time in this hotel for a few days. It is out of the busy streets of the city and close to the mountains, that we liked. I would sugest to chek in advance if there is a big event happening at the hotel, like a wedding, because it gets really noisy and crowded. That happend to us, thanks god for only one night.

Clearly don’t want repeat business

Stayed for two nights, and the second night had to endure a wedding party directly under our room with very noisy disco until early following morning. Very few guests staying in hotel, but we were deliberately given the noisiest room at check in. Why antagonise guests so wilfully?
Restaurant food good, but bills each evening were much greater than sum of the menu items we chose. Markup about 40/50% over listed prices. Anywhere else this would be frowned on as sharp practice but with the wedding noise we assumed it was another technique to ensure we would never return.
Inconvenient location, small car park and pool is un-heated. Room only cleaned after we complained. In short, nothing to recommend about the place. There are many other much better hotels to choose. Please avoid.

Think twice before booking a room

My Booking was for 3 nights, but I canceled the 3rd night
Pros:
1. Spacious and clean room.
2. lovely mountain view.
3. Quiet neighborhood.
Cons:
1. If there is a wedding party in the celebration hall, then you should be willing to listen to loud music till 3:00 am.
2. Many staff members need to be trained how to deal with unhappy customers.
3. he room A/C is noisy.
This is not my first stay at this hotel, but it is definitely the last

Great hotel!

Friendly staff, beautiful location little bit away from the centre, many shops and eating places near by (even 24/7 shops). Double bed was huge and really comfortable! Nice balcony and beautiful pool side. Best sleep I've had in long time! Staff was also helpful and friendly.
