Please stay away from this establishment!

We stayed there for 2 nights. The room was a very basic. No minibar nor coffee/ tea or even a water. The bed sheet was a just piece of fabric and cover was so hard. It was rather a rug or carpet. And 2 dirty pillows. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The window faced courtyard and there were no curtains so no privacy. The receptionists didn’t speak English. They accused us of stealing two small ugly and smelly towels at the check out. We had to wait for them to check out our room. I was so shocked by this kind of behaviour. By the way, the neighbourhood area is full of human poop and urine (sadly, there are lots of homeless people around). The best thing about this hotel is only a good location. Please make yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.
