Weak hotel

Hotel with comfortable bed, well located, attentive staff, porem, peca in a few points: the towels are very rough, the presence sensor does not work well, the shower is bad and cold, breakfast very poor and the hotel food is bad and expensive.

Bad attention

We have to do a daily stay at this hotel due to our flight being delayed.
When we arrive, we need to wait about 20 minutes to enter the room.
Hotel in the best fortress region in Meireles/Iracema but with a terrible cost benefit we paid 35,00 in a juice jar.
We were offered several menu options at dinner we were given options we chose.. we had to wait 1 hour to deliver and when came food different from what you asked and with burned macaxeira and rice and salty meat we couldn't eat..
The part of the pool on the roof has some buildings under construction that interfere with the view.
Bad shower for hot bath.

Advantages:
* Well located.
* 1 quarter by the sea.
Desvantagens.
- At check-in we lost 40mn after the booked time, we got more tired of the trip and stressed.
- Do not meet the branch 7020 (never).
- Salobra shower water.
- Salobra and dirty pool water.
- Air conditioning doesn't work.
- Breakfast only has bread with egg (the last day hosted generated revolt in all guests for not having coffee. That really didn't have the basics.
- Weak room service, no towel left.
- Staff (reception) do not serve well and have sometimes shown indifference.
- I went to the reception 4 times to go see the air or clean the bathroom and the balconist didn't even pay attention to me (there were no times).
* We got stuck in the elevator.
* We came by CVC so stay alert.

HORRIBLE

Horrible hotel, horrendous and expensive food, arrived at the restaurant half day and were the staff sleeping on the floor, poorly cleaned room, horrendous experience as a whole, poor breakfast, do not recommend and would never return to this hotel

Attention note 0 , dirty room , don't put plastic bag in the trash , don't
Change bed linen , every day arrived room without cleaning , no replaced towels , dirty bathroom , breakfast leave to be desired , if ends a food not replace , travel agency already aware of the bad experience in this zero star hotel !
