To attain excellence.

The pillows are very good, however, I should have more, because for me, it is very bias, and it does not get so comfortable for sleep. The mattress, can be a little more dense (fast). In the Ap that I stayed, there are no glasses in the Box, and causes a certain disorder and inconvenience, because the water spreads all over the bathroom.
But the service, cleaning and breakfast, are excellent.

A good stay in Cariacica!

Good location, great room and good service! Breakfast and dinner are very good, which allows us to enjoy the hotel well, even when tired, we do not have to leave.
The cleanliness is unique and the staff very polite and courteous! The room is spacious and comfortable!

Good facilities and easy access

There are two points that we should raise of improvement, the first referring to the fact of checking on the floor where was dishes on the floor next to the door of one of the apartments that by the configuration of the position of the cans and cutlery had not been removed from one day to the other staying in my opinion three days outside. The second point refers to the hotel menu which in addition to being limited is expensive due to delivery.

Very good, but it can be improved in maintenance.

The structure of the hotel is very good even, very prepared to welcome guests, especially those who are on business trips. In addition it is very well located.
I have been staying for several years, since 2019 when it opened, and I will consider some observations.
Negative point is the quality of the pillows that has already fallen a lot. It seems to me that they are getting old and not being renewed. The toilet seat is also older, and cracked. And besides the bathroom box was leaking water to the outside. So there are maintenance points that need to be improved.

Well located and modern hotel!

Positive points: good location, with easy access to the highway and the railway station. modern and new rooms.
Negative point: the breakfast schedule. Hotel very used by people who will travel on the Vitória/Minas Train, whose boarding time is 7:30h. Others will board at Victoria Airport, so we have many guests who need to have their coffee early before the appointments. I already stayed 2 times and left without having breakfast (although included in the daily), because I had to "take the train".
