الابتعاد العظيم
كان لدينا مجموعة أكبر وكانت تبحث عن مكان كبير بما يكفي لعقد سبعة. وكان الجناح المكون من ثلاث غرف نوم ضخم ويمكن أن يصل إلى تسعة. كان الأثاث مريح. الخدمة كانت رائعة. بوفيه الإفطار كان أفضل ما رأيناه مع محطة أومليت ، معجنات كبيرة ، فاكهة ، عصائر طازجة وحبوب / زبادي. البرك كانت كبيرة ونظيفة. كان الموقع رائعا ، قريب من مركز تسوق فينتورا ومدخل إلى غيمبي. لم نتمكن من تصديق السعر. سوف نعود بالتأكيد هنا.

لدينا غرفة تفوح مثل نهر من الأوساخ والقمامة وأنبوب. تجربة مروعة أننا لن نقترح هذا الفندق لأي شخص.
لقد اتصلنا ثلاث مرات بالشكوى من الرائحة الرهيبة التي كانت غير مقبولة وأسوأ من أي شخص في الفندق فعل أي شيء لحل هذه الرائحة الرهيبة. جاء اثنان من أعضاء الفندق لرائحة الرائحة وهربا ولكن ليس لديهم أي حل. تجربة رهيبة. ابدأ سيوصي هذا الفندق ولا حتى أسوأ عدو بلدي.

I’m deeply sorry for what happened to you in your late Checkin. Even though the night manager did ask you to change to another room once they went into your room and you did not want to change the room. I wish we as a hotel could do the sewage treatment in Santa Cruz but that’s not the case as you might have imagined the sewage treatment in any city is of the limits of private people to manage so the problem you encountered unluckily was not because of us but because of a deep cleaning the water sewage had in water near the hotel and in the hotel. The two members you kindly mention ran away to see what happened not because they did not want to help but because there full intention was the total opposite help as quick and fast. They went to other rooms and through hallways to prevent any problems if you were to change to other suite and not encounter this problem , and to see if any other rooms or guests had this same issue. I do know for a fact that your room was completely clean and ready for use was it not ? Thanks for not wanting to recommend this hotel to your worst enemy but , we know for a fact that they would kindly come to the hotel and enjoy their stay.
Sorry for the inconvenience but it total honesty just some things are on the reach of this hotel and many if not all the hotels in the world. Hope you do understand that as well as hundreds of employees that try to give each guest a good stay and put their face for problems like this in which guest like you think that external issues are our fault.

Dear PZoll thank you for your review as always we welcome every single point of view of the hotel and every guests experience. I just wanted to say that maybe in your next trip back to Santa Cruz , we will be able to offer you a better experience. There will be a big change coming this January since we are going to be building a new hotel in Buganvillas, a more modern and new look into our facilities , hopefully we will be able to have you once again as a guest in our new facilites. هذا الفندق بالفعل مريحة مع أحواض سباحة متعددة، وهي على، وصالة ألعاب رياضية، كرة القدم ومطعم. عبر الشارع hipermaxi (سوبر ماركت) الكثير من والـ ATM لتبادل المال.
الفندق به خدمة سيارات الأجرة الخاصة جميع السائقين رائعة!

غرف ضخمة، أسرة مريحة، وخدمة متوسطة، إجراءات تسجيل الدخول والخروج. المطعم بجوار حمام السباحة متوسطا إلى حد كبير. حمامات سباحة لطيفة، لا بأس به وجبة الإفطار.
لا يوجد شيء رائع لا بأس به.

Gracias por su opinión, efectivamente nuestras Suites son las más grandes ya que todas nuestras habitaciones son tipo Suites, con área de living, comedero y dormitorios independientes. Nuestras tarifas están acorde a los servicios que brindamos como Hotel 5 estrellas, asi como a las del mercado regional en esta categoría. Sin embargo dada las características mencionadas anteriormente somos uno de los más económicos manteniendo un servicio de excelencia. La época que ud. se hospedó con nosotros fué durante la Feria Exposición motivo por el cual las tarifas son más elevadas por ser época alta, no sólo nosotros sino todos los hoteles de Santa Cruz.
Le agradecemos por elegirnos y esperamos tener nuevamente por acá. Atte.
