No fuss experience (in a good way!). I realized I would arrive after the check-in time cut-off (10pm), so emailed the hotel just the day before, and they were very cooperative and gave me the self check-in option. Thank you!

Scammers advertising misleading pictures of the rooms on booking.com

They should update the pictures to the ones I uploaded so the people doesn't have fake expectations. They sold us a double room on booking.com and then when we arrived they refused to give us the room and argued for 2 hours, they gave us another room which had food from some previous people who know from how many weeks as it was rotten.
Also the window broken and the wind coming freely through the cracks.
They finally gave us the room we paid for but after arguing with them and with booking.com ruining all my birthday vacation. Entering the room I was very disappointed as the pictures are not revealing the reality.

They have the nicest staff and a great location. When they say they are two minutes away from the subway they mean it, it only takes minutes to get to downtown.
The property is a little older but we found it to be clean and a great place to stay. We had zero problems. We have stayed there before and we will stay there again!

We stayed here for the night before our flight home. Hotel is very close to public transport which was very convenient for us.
We prefer staying closer to the city centre. Since we were travelling through Europe and have already been to Vienna we didn’t mind the location.
Bed was comfortable and room spacious and cute. The wall near the window was peeling, most likely humidity damage.
The bathroom was spacious too and well maintained; however the shower door is not well installed and the water goes everywhere, we had to use one of the big towels to stop the water from going into the room which prevented us from taking a nice long shower and after a long day of travels and sightseeing.
Overall was ok

They mislead the customers like me using a nice stone building to advertise and use the facade as their own.
The hotel (1star) is located at the back of this nice building that what it took my decision to book there. All inside hotel is very poor quality and lack of stuff .
