This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key.
The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient.
The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna.

Just returned home from a midweek break with partner, response from owners are really efficient, the flat itself was pretty clean. The building itself old and in need of updating but that’s part of the uniqueness of this property.
Comfortable bed, plenty of space & storage, would happily come back again when I’m next in vienna. Streetcars on the doorstep into vienna itself.
Only thing lacking in this property would be laundry facilities.
Thanks for accommodating are earlier check in.

The connection to center by tram and bus is perfect, it was easy to reach our destinations and also easy to get back to the apartment.

Please note that boat transfers and a meal plan are mandatory and must be booked in advance with the property prior to arrival. The boat departs from the Pacific Harbour Pearl Resort Marina daily at 11:00 or 16:30. Departure from Beqa Lagoon Resort is at 10:00. The cost for a round trip boat transfer is $208FJD per person. A charter boat may be arranged outside of our regular boat schedule for an additional fee. The property can also assist with ground transfers from Nadi Airport to the boat launch and transfer time is 2.5 hours. The transfer time from Suva Airport to the property's boat launch is 1.5 hours. Cost for round trip ground transfers are $216 FJD per person.
