Very good hotel.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but is within walking distance in about 15/20 minutes.
The room is large and very comfortable.
We stayed two nights, and never came to clean the room. Maybe they have a policy to protect the environment and that's why they don't clean up every day, but they never let us know.
Breakfast is varied and has gluten-free options.

Our stay was a little longer ago, but it is not possible to go further back

We were super satisfied !
Super comfortable beds - delicious breakfast - super nice staff
We were here twice, once as a couple and then with our daughter again and can only report positive things !
We will definitely come back a third time

Don't Book !!

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL - Staff don't care - no heating or hot water in property on our stay - Freezing cold rooms - no cots provided even know promised - in end received one which looked like it was out of the skip
Left property earlier as was not suitable
Staff - Management issues some Staff upset on how Management don't care - was told by staff they can't be bothered - big issues at this property !!

Bad service, no hair dryer when we checked in. No slipper, toothbrush, and utencils were provided in the room. If you want it, you have to pay money for it, which is ridiculous. Paid the price of around 300 plus sgd per night. Totally not worth it. The location aren't perfect too. Highly not recommended. Staff attitude is bad.

Very nice hotel for city break Innsbruck

We found the location great... by bus it is only 5 stops to the city center. The bus leaves just behind the hotel. From 2 nights you get the Explorer Card, which allows you to use the public transport for free. The card is issued directly by the hotel. The car can be parked in the underground car park. Directly opposite Tivoli Stadium and Olympia World. Approx. 30 minutes walk away is the mountain Isel ski jumping hill. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Wide range of food and drinks. Very attentive and friendly staff at breakfast and also at reception! We will be happy to recommend the hotel and book it again.
