Please inform Worldwide Backpackers of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. PASSPORT REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. On arrival we need to see passports for each guest checking in as well as a valid credit card in the name of the person who made the booking. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please ensure you have contacted us. For group bookings please contact us. A non refundable deposit will be required.
