This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.8% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note reception is open from 8.00-17.00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Bay View Villas in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the 2 and 3-bedroom apartments are all 2-story apartments. Please note that children's cots and cribs are provided upon request and need to be confirmed in advance.
