Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. If the guests do not own a credit card, a cash bond of $150 for security on incidentals charges will be required and could be paid with a debit or bank card as well. The cash bond would be refunded after the room inspection on check out . Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that a 2% surcharge applies for payments with American Express and Diners Club credit cards. An additional 4% charge applies for refunds (inclusive of 'Free Cancellation' Bookings). Please note that parking is limited and is not guaranteed.
